Another Macallan Masters of Photography Elliott Erwitt Edition added to the Fah Mai Holdings Rare Whisky Collection

The Macallan Masters of Photography series is a collection of limited edition whiskies featured with well-known photographers.
This Elliott Erwitt Edition is from chapter four, so far the Photography Edition now has seven chapters.

Elliot Erwitt is an American advertising and documentary photographer known for his candid Black and White style. His work mainly focuses on the irony and absurdity found in daily life.

The photos featured in this collection have a theme named Erwitt’s Great Scottish Adventure, the legendary photographer himself travelled around Scotland taking photos of the people (and the dogs, his favourite subjects) captured moments that implied uniqueness of Scottland. His travels included Highlands and the Islands, along with Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Macallan Masters of Photography Elliott Erwitt Edition is contained in a 375 ml handmade glass flask concealed in a book with all 158 images Erwitt captured. The Erwitt books were produced in a limited number of only 2,030, each of them comes with one of 58 photos by Erwitt with his sign and numbered print. Only 58 single casks were chosen to produce this edition, created 35 sets of each print and whisky combination for a total of 2,030 bottles worldwide.

This particular edition was aged in sherry cask with no-age-statement (NAS), bottled at 58.3% ABV with just over £900 around its release date in October 2013.
